Job Description

Sales Manager will have the ability to drive the sales process from business development through to delivery whilst leading a team. Previous background as a Sales Manager who has worked with short sales cycles is required.Looking for a Hunter.Client DetailsLeading UK security company with a global presence.DescriptionThe Sales Manager will be:

  • Managing sales processes and team.
  • Developing sales methodology and structure to best suit product to customer alignment.
  • Working on converting enquiries to sales utilising effective use of CRM and other tools.
  • Growing customer relationships through key account development initiatives and implementation of strategic planning through to execution.
  • Drive the sales team to meet targets and planned sales goals.
  • Coordinating pipeline generation through business development.
  • Developing the sales team through motivation, leadership and product knowledge training.
    • ProfileThe Sales Manager will be:
  • Motivated, driven, self-starter and a leader.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
  • Proven background in customer relationship management.
  • No stranger to £million sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • International sales exposure in previous role.
  • Ability to communicate at senior level through to C-suite .
