Sales Executive - Timber (Joinery, Structural, Machined and Garden Products)Basic to £50,000 (DOE) ote £57,500 plus Car, Pension etc. Based either: Birmingham or Shrewsbury or Leicester or Derby* Do you sell timber (Joinery grades, structural timber, machined and garden products) * Have you sold into a range of market sectors to include Merchants and large end users * Can you cover the Midlands, Wales and Ireland * Would you like to work for an importer who has a good contractual supply chain tied up We have been retained to find a Sales Executive who will cover the West & East Midlands, Wales and Ireland selling a range of Timber Products: ProductsTreated Battens, Garden Products, Machined, Joinery Grade Softwood and Structural Softwood. The RoleYou will be selling to Merchants, Fencing Merchants, Landscaping Product Suppliers and some DIY accounts as well as some large end users who use timber in bulk. Your new employer represents several mills on an exclusive basis within the UK where their contractual relationships give you guaranteed product to sell. You will be joining a very well-funded business which in turn is part of a large group of Timber related businesses. The team are supportive to all their employees and look for people that don t need micro managing as they dislike this style of management. About you: About You* You will undoubtedly understand the timber importation market and currently live on patch where you will be selling timber products currently or in the very recent past. * Your new employer will particularly welcome applications from sales professionals who have enjoyed opening up new markets for timber, as the business has grown significantly by doing just that across the rest of the UK.
