Job Description

Sales Assistant who has excellent prospecting and negotiating skills with the ability to sell within a face-to-face environment is required for a well-established company based in Birmingham, West Midlands.ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE CONSIDEREDSALARY: £25,000 OTE per annum (uncapped commission)LOCATION: You will travel around Birmingham and surrounding areasWORKING HOURS: 37.5 Hours per Week, Monday to FridayJOB OVERVIEWIf you’re self-motivated, goal-orientated and enjoy connecting with people then we have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Assistantwho has excellent prospecting and negotiating skills with the ability to sell within a face-to-face environment.Working as the Sales Assistant you will manage your time between prospecting, gathering potential leads and then visiting prospective residential customers in your designated area.As the Sales Assistant you will need the ability to use your own initiative to upsell and seek out new business opportunities.   • Actively prospect, identify, and approach potential customers within your designated territory
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches to explain the benefits and features of the company’s products and services.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with customers, addressing their questions and concerns
  • Close sales deals and achieve individual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have great people skills with the ability to negotiate and close
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Happy to work in a field based role, visiting customers within your designated area
  • Must have great time-management skills to manage your own schedule and appointments
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-motivate and driven to succeed
  • Driving licence preferred but not essential
