Job Description

An established organisation is looking to bring onboard a Sales Administrator to join their team in the South Birmingham office. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to develop their administration experience further, working for a companythat trusts and rewards its employees well.This is a full-time, permanent position paying up to £24k annually depending on experience, with an excellent overall benefits package.Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing diaries and scheduling appointments for your sales representatives with various clients and stakeholders
  • Handling any initial telephone and email enquiries, dealing with general queries from clients in a timely manner
  • Composing and producing any letter/emails correspondence for clients as directed by your sales representative
  • Ordering in samples from suppliers, liaising directly with the order management team and arranging for the delivery of requested samples to clients
  • Producing pricing quotations for clients, using the full specification details
  • Using SAP and Microsoft Teams to update all business partner and project updates onto CRM systems and databases accurately
  • Scheduling any necessary tests, produce reports and forwarding on relevant results and certificates to sales representatives or clients directly
This role requires an individual with strong organisation and communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly, using their initiative to balance their time and workload efficiently when working towards deadlines. You will be working closely with yoursales representatives as well as part of a wider sales support team, and have the opportunity to build long-standing relationships with your colleagues to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
