Job Description

Nordic Sales Account Manager (Swedish or Norwegian)Location: Birmingham, UKSalary: £24,000 + commissionAre you fluent in Swedish or Norwegian and based in West MidlandsAre you a natural people-person who easily builds professional relationshipsWe’re currently assisting an international company based in Birmingham, in their search for 1 fluent Swedish speaker and 1 fluent Norwegian speaker.You:

  • Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian (plus excellent English)
  • Some previous experience dealing with customers would be ideal (Sales, Customer Service, Telemarketing, Account Management, Retail etc), but your personality and motivation are key
  • Outgoing personality and excellent communicator
  • Looking for a permanent position in the West Midlands-area
    • What you will be doing:
  • Keep in regular contact with an existing client portfolio in Norway / Sweden, by phone and email
  • Contact "old" clients that have not purchased for a while, to re-establish the relationship
  • Help "open doors" for the Sales Manager based in Sweden /Norway by approaching new potential clients (mainly distributors and resellers).
  • Up-sell and cross-sell, whilst offering outstanding customer service and keeping the clients happy!
  • Build relationships, show personality and make yourself memorable
