Roll Grinder/General MachinistAston, BirminghamCirca £30,000 + Overtime Opportunities + Holidays + Pension + Benefits PackageRoll Grinder/General Machinist required for a well established manufacturer who are continuing to thrive through the current pandemic. They specialise in a wide range of products for a number of different industries.The role would suit roll grinders, general machinists or toolmakers who have experience working within a fast paced production or manufacturing environment. The successful applicant will ideally have experience of milling/turning and lathes. Any previousexperience of CNC will be advantageous. This is a temporary position which is likely to be made permanent due to ongoing growth and a full order book.The role will involve carrying out grinding operations associated with rolls, cylindrical components and shafts to a high standard of accuracy and also undertake machining tasks to support maintenance and plant operations.This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well renowned manufacturer who are extremely successful within their industry.
