Job Description

We are currently representing a large public sector body who are looking to recruit for a number of Reward & Job Evaluation Leads to undertake a variety of the duties outlined belowfor an initial period of 8-12 months.The role will be mainly working from home with occasional travel to Birmingham and the day rate is negotiable depending on experience.Duties will include:

  • Utilising NJC experience and liaising with Trade Unions
  • Undertaking Pay & Grading and evaluating 2,500 roles
  • Researching, reviewing and developing job evaluation methods and reward & recognition strategies
  • Maintaining data relating to job evaluation, providing analysis and reports to management
  • Supporting with the review and development of reward and recognition policies and strategies
  • Ensuring all records are accurately kept
  • Working collaboratively across the wider business
  • Assisting with consultations and communicating any changes across the business
  • Providing advice on job evaluation, reward and recognition, demonstrating an excellent understanding of pay & conditions and HR policies
Experience required:
  • Utilised National Joint Council ( NJC) Essential
  • Liaised with Trade Unions
  • Able to work at pace
Working hours:
  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday - can be flexible with working arrangement
