Reporting into the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the creation of all retail and brand campaigndesign and artwork within the Marketing team. With a passion for new ideas and creating inspiring content, youll be the type of person who loves to take a brief and see it all the way through to executionSome of the key responsibilities you will need to undertake:Brand Campaigns

  • Creative support on all elements of brand campaign design including but not exclusive:
o Social Media postso Video content - create short product and promotional videos (Reels and TikToks) to be used across social mediao Email - full design process management for email marketingo Printbrochures, billboards, presso Website banners
  • Be a brand guardian, ensuring that all creative output complies with brand guidelines.
Retail PoS/Signage
  • Creative support on all elements of retail design within the Marketing department and other supporting functions across the business including, but not exclusive:
o PoS/signage promotional designo Permanent & semi-permanent signageo Product display and FSDU signage
  • Manage PoS/signage artwork from proof of concept through to print ready proofs
  • Support web team where required to assist with web banners based on up and coming promotions

  • Inspiring -Passionate about our brand and inspiring customers through creative content and designs
  • Collaborative -An excellent team player with a collaborative approach to working
  • Highly Organised- Good time management skills, the ability to balance and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Confident Communicates effectively and can present concepts in a confident and engaging manner, whilst being open and responsive to feedback
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Experienced working in a Graphic Designer role, either in-house or with an agency. A background in retail is essential
  • In depth understanding of InDesign and proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience of working across multiple channels, including print
  • A creative thinker and ideas generator
  • Confident in shooting, editing, resizing and creating great looking content. Premiere Pro knowledge desirable but not essential
  • Up to date knowledge of the latest design trends
