You will often act on high value matters. You will work at the forefrontof this successful department, working with the other Partners to drive this forward. You will have autonomy to shape your team, manage a talented team of fee earners and be responsible for the ongoing growth of the practice. You will deal with a broad residentialconveyancing caseload which will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and Lease extensions. This role would be an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a step up to Partnership or an existingPartner that would like the autonomy to develop the firms already successful practice.
