This team is responsible for everything CRM and Insights based, from segmentation, analysing customer behavior, and customer retention.This is a new role in the team, looking into the "WHY" of the data, why this is important to the company, and why it matters.Day to DayIn this role you will be bringing insights to life, this role specifically focuses on recruiting and building customer panels and the segmentation that leads to this.Working with 10,000 people in a panel and managing it to provide the best data to the analysts.Skills neededExperience in Customer Panels, skilled in managing large panels and providing top-level data from them for analysts.Experience in research tools.
