Were also rated Good by Ofsted.We look for people that demonstrate and encourage inclusivity, passion, openness, togetherness, impact, improvement, judgement, and curiosity.We are really big on having a healthy work-life balance, weve recently been certified a Great Place to Work, as well as coming 6th in the country for best large workplace for wellbeing!The Learning & Development Assessor Opportunity:You will manage a caseload of approx. 35 apprentices through their apprenticeship journey and enable them to achieve all aspects of their apprenticeship including end point assessment.Your responsibility will be to advise, teach, coach and support apprentices through a series of classroom workshops, webinars and 1-2-1 support visits that may be carried out remotely or face to face in the apprentices workplace. You will also build a workingrelationship with the apprentices employer to provide guidance and advice with both on and off the job training for their apprentices that can be delivered to directly support them in their role.You will help your apprentices to achieve functional skills qualifications in maths and English to apprentices who dont have a GCSE grade 4/C in maths and English or equivalent.You will have the ability and willingness to respond positively and effectively to change and innovation.About You:+ Have a minimum of GCSE grade 4/C for Maths and English or equivalent.+ Have worked as an L&D officer or advisor level as a minimum as having industry experience is key.+ Hold a CIPD qualification at L5 level or above (or equivalent).+ If you have a teaching and / or assessing, great but if you dont hold a relevant teaching qualification we will sponsor you through the Level 3 Award in Education and Training.+ Experience, knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding practices and legislation.+ Experience and confidence in virtual/online/classroom delivery.Benefits:+ Working for us comes with a variety of benefits (equating to £1300 - £3000 per annum) such as:+ 25 days standard annual holiday + bank holidays+ Birthday holiday - an extra day off for your special event+ Christmas eve holiday - an extra day off at Christmas+ Flexible working opportunities+ Company pension scheme+ Healthcare scheme - including free GP phone services 24/7, wellbeing apps and cash back on treatments like massages and teeth whitening!+ Enhanced maternity & paternity pay+ Employee Assistance Programme+ Life assurance+ Mileage (40p per mile)+ Exclusive discounts on fashion, holidays, entertainment and more!Please be aware that all applicants will undergo a DBS check.
