Calling upon your own industry knowledge and skills, you will be able to support developing professionals in achievingtheir own qualification.The role is predominantly home based, but there will be a need for travel from time to time. This is to carry out face to face visits and for invigilation purposes.The Role:Managing a caseload of 35-40 apprentices, you will arrange 1-1 and group sessions with them, improving the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to reach gateway and pass their end point assessment.You will build strong, lasting relationships with the employers of the apprentice in order to provide guidance on how the apprentice can be supported further aside from the apprenticeship. You may also become the point of call from the employers should theyhave further training needs for their members of staff.Ensure your apprentices achieve their level 2 in functional skills, if they dont already have a grade C (or equivalent) in maths and English.As the apprenticeship sector changes constantly, you must adapt well to changes and be open to innovative ways of working, with the apprentices in mind at all times.About you:+ Have a minimum of GCSE grade 4/C for Maths and English or equivalent.+ Have an assessing qualification.+ Have worked in customer service as a minimum as having industry experience is key.+ Have assisted apprentices through their functional skills as part of their qualifications.Benefits:Working with us comes with a variety of benefits (equating to £1,300 - £3,000 per annum) such as:+ 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.+ Birthday and Christmas Eve leave in addition to the above.+ OTE salary enhancement scheme.+ Mileage.
