Our home provides a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people aged 8 to 18 who have complex needs and challenging behaviours.As the registered manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and national minimum standards. You will also oversee the development and implementation of individual care plans, riskassessments, and safeguarding procedures. You will work closely with the children and young people, their families, and other professionals to promote their well-being and achieve positive outcomes.To be successful in this role, you will need to have:• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care or an equivalent qualification.
