Regional Sales Manager -ValvesJob Title: Regional Sales Manager - Gas & Water ValvesIndustry Sector: Gas Piping Systems, Water Piping Systems, Valves, Gas Valves, Water Valves, Pipes, Pipelines, Gas Pipelines, Fittings, Plumbing Fittings, Framework Contractors, Below Ground Piping Systems, Civil Contractors, Civil Merchants, Civils, Utilities,Building Services, Plumbing Contractors, Plumbers & Heating Merchants and Builders MerchantsArea to be covered: National (ideally based Midlands)Remuneration: £50,000 + 15% bonusBenefits: BMW 330e Hybrid OR GLA Mercedes Hybrid company car & full benefits packageThe role of the Regional Sales Manager - Gas & Water Valves will involve:

  • Field sales position, selling a manufactured range of pipes & fittings for the drainage, water, sewage and gas industries
  • All of your time will be spent selling to independent valves distributors and national merchants such as: Wolseley, Keyline, Civils & Drainage etc
  • Remainder of your time managing relationships with framework contractors, M&E contractors and plumbing contractors
  • Will be targeted to achieve a turnover target of £1m+
  • Supporting the RSMs as a National valve product champion
  • Good blend of account management and new business
The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager - Gas & Water Valves with:
  • Must have valves product sales experience
  • Valve experience in the gas / water industry advantageous however would consider someone in the building service market
  • Would consider someone working within independent or national valve distributor looking to step into field sales
  • Must be a product champion in the valves market
  • Ambitious, strong organisational skills and excellent communicator
  • Working to build a career
