Job Description

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER- OEM HIGH PRECISION PRODUCTSUP TO £50k DOE, £65k-£70k OTE uncapped bonus33 DAYS HOLIDAY, Car (Personal use also) etc..European market leader in the area of high precision tool holders for the metal industry and a worldwide leader in the field of tool shrinking, balancing and presetting.My client are experience huge growth and are looking for technical minded engineers who wish to progress their career for a global organisation whilst service their existingclient base and hunting for new business opportunities.We are looking for a technically minded individual to join the team and increase their presence to cover Midlands with the individual to be located within these regions.Minimum Skills / Experience Required:

  • Experience of selling Cutting Tools, Tool Holding or Work Holding
  • Experience,success and track record in technical sales
  • The ability to work independently, an entrepreneurial mindset and customer service orientation
  • Confident in speaking to people and will have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Conduct training and supportcustomer visits and exhibitions
  • Require flexibility and willingness to travel throughout England and Scotland if and when required.
The Package:
  • Salary up to £50k per annum DOE
  • Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE £55k to £65k+
  • Company Car (which can be used for personal use)
  • Phone, Laptop, Company Credit Card and Work from Home
  • 33 days annual leave andPension
