As the Regional PR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic PR campaigns to enhance our brand image and strengthen our market position. You will play a crucial role in managing our external communications and maintainingpositive relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry influencers, and community leaders. This is a key leadership position that requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:-Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to promote our brand and increase visibility across the region- Create engaging press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to effectively communicate key messages to target audiences- Cultivate relationshipswith journalists, bloggers, and other media professionals to secure positive media coverage- Monitor media coverage and provide accurate and timely reports to senior management- Organise and manage press conferences, media briefings, and other PR events- Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and HR, to align PR efforts with overall business objectives- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR tools and techniques- Manage crisis communications and developeffective strategies to mitigate potential reputation risks- Train and mentor PR team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growthQualifications:- Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a relatedfield- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the [industry/sector]- Strong understanding of PR principles, strategies, and best practices- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages fordifferent audiences- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals and other key stakeholders- Proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative PR ideas- Strong organisationaland project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines- Experience in crisis management and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion- Leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teammembers
