Therefore, if you are interested, please submit your application as early as possible.We are recruiting for a Regional Corporate Development Manager, an exciting brand-new role within our Regional Engagement Team. This role will help us to maximise our potential to raise income from corporate partnerships and be responsible for developing andimplementing a strategy for regional corporate new business and account management.It’s an exciting time to join Regional Engagement as we trial some pivotal new ways of working looking to unlock our potential with a view to increasing our income and efficiency over the coming months and years. This role will play a huge part in helping usto achieve this and paving the way for our future.The role is unique in that you will not only grow our regional pipeline (from prospecting through to pitch development and delivery) in the areas identified as having the biggest growth potential, but also support our fantastic team of community fundraisersto bring consistent ways of working and ensuring our first-class account management is our standard.The role will work closely and strategically with the Senior Regional Fundraising Manager as well as building close working relationships with our National Corporate team to make sure our plans align.The role is a 12-month fixed term contract, with the opportunity to become permanent.   • You will be as comfortable pitching for new business as you are delivering account management support for our Community Fundraisers.
  • Managing, monitoring, and developing a pipeline of new business will be second nature to you.
  • Working autonomously and generating your own work will appeal to you.
  • You won’t be afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • You will be a confident communicator who can influence and negotiate at all levels and views feedback as an essential tool for development.
  • You will understand the strengths and challenges of the varying regions we work within.
  • You will have a passion for equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging and use this to harness and add value to the team’s diversity offers.
