Job Description

Recruitment Sales ManagerBirmingham, B24Office based: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm / Friday, 8:30am to 4pmOur client is a leading specialist talent consultancy with a reputation for delivering tailored solutions to a global client base. Partnering with some of the biggest and most recognisable companies in the world, they have delivered change programs acrossIT, business, tech and HR.The ideal candidate for the role will not only be able to bring in new business opportunities, but also to build an engaged, challenged and motivated sales-focused team.You will have:

  • A proven track record of sales in your sales & recruitment career (at least 3 years)
  • An understanding of the recruitment industry and the full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
  • A target-driven mindset, ensuring your team achieve both financial and activity targets that are set
  • Ambition! You should be looking for a management opportunity where you can put your stamp on the teams success
  • Responsibility for using various methods of attraction to bring in new business: site visits, networking events, and client mapping
Your duties will include:
  • Generating leads using all resources available, recording the information and action
  • Ensuring the team is consistently achieving sales targets
  • Identifying and engaging with new and lapsed businesses
  • Visits clients to build relationships and fully understand their needs
  • Working closely with the resource team on filling job vacancies
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
  • Working towards and exceeding targets and KPIs
  • Completing daily training and skills growth sessions
  • Conducting 1:1 meeting, probation reviews, personal development plans for your team to succeed
  • Supporting members of the team to help them achieve their career plans and targets
All training and support will be provided.Full, clean UK driving licence required.Perks include:
