Like minded individuals who we can invest in to support their development as industry specialists and we need a thorough Learning & Development Manager to coach this next generationWhat’s the job as Learning & Development ManagerToo many companies allocate training to a Billing Manager, but Learning & Development is the cornerstone of our success which is why we have someone dedicated to training our future superstars.You’ll work with and manage our trainees, guiding and supporting them through those first nervy few months. You’ll be tasked with delivering our bespoke 20-module Talent programme, and providing at-desk coaching as they put their new skills into practice. Helping them learn the system and processes, as well as keeping them on track through weekly reviews. You’ll also work with Consultants across the business to assess & deliver personalised training needs as part of their Personal Development plans.What we’re after from our Learning & Development Manager:
  • Someone who lives and breathes L&D, is an experienced mentor and gets a kick out of coaching people to reach their full potential
  • Recruitment training experience
