This is a new role being introduced due to the ongoing growth of the company.This role would suit someone who is naturally organised and hasexperience within a job that requires administrative processes or procedures to be carried out frequently.The successful candidate will start with a base salary of around £26,000, but with excellent commission/ bonuses achieved on top, it is highly feasible for you to be earning the equivalent of £35,000 within 6 to 12 months. You will be joining an establishedcompany with a 20-year track record of success.Recruitment Consultant job in Birmingham, Highlights:
  • Starting base salary in the region of £26,000 – negotiated on experience.
  • Excellent commission structure in place with a likelihood of earning more than £1,000 extra per month after roughly 6-12 months in role.
  • Average annual earnings of £35,000 - £40,000 after bonuses.
  • Working hours of 8am to 5pm – some flexibility required.
  • Mainly Monday to Friday.
  • Office based - located in Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter), a short walk from New Street/ Snow Hill train stations.

This particular vacancy is within the DBS team, who focus on providing temporary Chef cover to the Healthcare sector.You will assist the DBS team in handling the administrative responsibilities, checks and procedures. While the team are more than happy to provide all the necessary training of these checks, it is critical that you are naturally an organised person, ableto work to deadlines.You will also undertake business development, in addition to identifying and registering new Chefs who will work on our behalf.Recruitment Consultant job in Birmingham, Ideal Experience:
