Job Description

Recruitment ConsultantSolihullFull time & PermanentUp to £35,000 + commissionOur client are an established and well respected Education recruitment and training provider who are going through an excellent journey of growth so looking to expand their team of recruitment consultants.Supporting Primary or SEND Schools across Birmingham, Black Country & Warwickshire this role would be ideal for someone with current or recent experience within an Education Recruitment role or someone from a different recruitment industry who has a keeninterest in working within education. Day to day duties include:

  • Business development - calling schools and education providers in your remit to discuss products and services available
  • Candidate attraction - on-boarding candidates through a variety of attraction methods from job boards, social media, referrals, networking events
  • Candidate on-boarding - meeting with and registering candidates to represent to work and competing all compliance checks
  • Booking and attending client meetings for business development & aftercare
  • Working to and achieving KPIs & fee related targets
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and candidates
  • Becoming a subject matter expect and providing a real consultancy service to education providers and candidates working within Education settings.
This is a full time permanent position working a 40 hour week in term time and 5 hour days in school holiday times.For this recruitment consultant role our client are looking for experienced consultants who have either worked within the education sector or have a real passion to do so. You will be sales driven with an understanding of the challenges facing educationproviders and be confident in meeting clients and candidates virtually and face to face. You will thrive in fast-paced high volume environments and be used to working to and achieving recruitment related KPIs and fee related targets.Along with a competitive basic salary of up to £35,000 there is a generous commission scheme, 30 days annual leave, flexible term time hours and 1 day home working following a successful probationary period.At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
