Job Description

Recruitment Consultant - Birmingham - No experience required!£18000-£20000 + OTE (1st year £35K uncapped)Penguin Recruitment has been established since the early 2000s and has since developed extensive relationships with candidates & clients across a range of Engineering, Environmental & IT sectors. We have now expanded across 5 offices in Swansea & Birminghamand find ourselves seeking the next ambitious Consultant to join our energetic, friendly team in Moseley, Birmingham!Requirements for this role include:

  • Educated to degree level.
  • Motivated and keen to kick-start your career.
  • Happy working in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills!
Daily duties will include:
  • Screening and profiling candidates.
  • Calling a portfolio of clients to win business.
  • Advert writing.
  • Guiding candidates through interview processes.
  • Supporting fee negotiations.
  • Work towards hitting daily, weekly & monthly KPIs.
