Job Description

My client is a successful and fast growing Construction Business. An opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Business Partner to join their growing team. This is a newly created role which is ideal for a Senior Experienced Recruiter who enjoys the recruitingand resourcing but also someone who is eager to take on projects and put in place and end to end recruitment process within the organisational HR Framework. This role is key to the business and reports into the HR Director.This role is ideal for someone who is keen to put their stamp on a role and make it their own. It will suit a candidate who isnt fazed by change and is happy with some initial firefighting as the HR structure becomes embedded into the business. The rolewill entail (Supported by the HR Director):

  • Defining and leading the end-to-end recruitment process and taking complete control of the process
  • Produce Recruitment reports using metrics/KPIs for strategic planning
  • Support with end-to-end resourcing and vacancy filling across offices
  • Managing recruitment platforms and making changes
  • Managing third party suppliers and processes
  • Stakeholder management and support including writing and evaluating job descriptions and recruitment support
  • Supporting a new candidate talent attraction strategy
  • Managing the apprentice and Graduate programme
  • Supporting with internal HR projects and external recruitment events
Applicants will have experience of Resourcing and managing and end to end recruitment process. You will also have experience of managing and leading a recruitment process. Experience is Construction or Industry is desirable..Inhouse resourcing experience with agency experience would be desirable.
