Recruitment Business Partner | Homecare £38,000 - £42,000 DOE Central/Midlands Requirements Experience of managing a team within recruitmentA proven track record of working with high volume, ideally within the Health and Social Care sectorDrives and have access to a vehicleRemit Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with a leading provider of home care services across the UK. They are now seeking a new Recruitment Business Partner to oversee central recruitment needs across the region (Stoke to Cheltenham). The Candidate The ideal candidate will be an expert in internal recruitment and will have proven experience of resourcing at a high volume, ideally within the Health and Social Care sector. They will have experience of managing or leading a team of recruiters. The clientis seeking an experienced and enthusiastic candidate who is excited by the opportunity to work for an organisation that puts service users at the centre of what they do. The Role The role will be focused on the recruitment of Care Workers into the organisation, and so the role will include visiting services and working closely with regional manager and branch manager to get an understanding of recruitment needs in the patch and developingrecruitment strategies accordingly. You will also be responsible for a small team of internal recruiters for the area who will report directly into you. Location This role will be based from home but with a strong expectation to be present in services across the path. You will manage your own diary but can expect to be on sites 50% of the time. Therefore, it is essential that the successful candidate is happy with travelacross the region and has reliable access to a vehicle. Interview Process The interview process will consist of an initial introductory phone call, followed by a formal interview including a presentation.
