Facilities Assistant/ ReceptionistBirmingham £20,000My client a large well known Legal Company are looking to recruit a Facilities Assistant/ Receptionist to join their Birmingham Office.Main Duties:- Ensure reception desk is manned between the hours of 07:30 and 17:30. - Welcome visitors to the firm in a polite and professional manner. Liaise with fee earners and Executive Support Services to ensure that visitors are escorted to their appointment with the minimum of delay.- Record particulars of all clients visiting the firm on the Visitors Management System and prepare client lists for following day.- Maintain the meeting room diaries and coordinate catering requirements with the Birmingham Catering Team for client meetings, seminars and mediations.- Monitor and manage the Reception inbox. - Ensure all spreadsheets relating to Reception are kept up to date. - Ensure all internal and external post is dealt with efficiently. Including following up mail with no identification.- Collect from post points during the day and process accordingly.- Local hand deliveries as requested. - Monitoring and managing the Facilities inbox. - Assist staff and partners with all their facilities related enquiries and pass enquiry to another team member if you are unable to assist.Skills Required: - Background and experience will include providing excellent client/customer service.- Previous experience of working within: a professional services firm, working within a reprographics, facilities or mailroom role.- Have a flexible approach to work and your working hours, and you are a team player that is able to work under limited supervision.- Is self-managed and confident in setting and prioritising their own work agenda. - Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to demonstrate that you can convey complex matters in a way that different audiences can understand.If you have Reception/ Facilities experience and are interested in this role, please apply ASAP!CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
