Job Description

H9 Technical are currently looking to recruit a Quality Manager to join a major EPC contractor and assist in the delivery of up to 3 Energy from Waste construction projects across the UK.This will be a site-based contract role, initially located near to Birmingham, with a competitive rate of pay on offer for the right candidate.Role Description:

  • Implement the QA/QC management system at the site
  • Coordinate with the client on all quality matters
  • Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site
  • Participate in internal and external site audits
  • Support the project team on best practices for installation methods
  • Create and provide QA documents for both project and client
  • Oversee testing and delivery of project phases
  • Working to ASME standard.
  • Approval of Sub-Contractor submissions.
  • NCR’ s and Quality Observations.
  • HSEQ Inductions and record-keeping.
    • Experience & Qualifications Required:
  • SMSTS
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • CSWIP
  • PCN Level 2
  • 5+ years construction experience within the Power Generation sector (ideally EFW, Biomass, Gasification)
  • Strong communication skills, able to interact at all levels
