Quality EngineerAutomotiveBirminghamSalary to £40,000Are you familiar with the monitoring and update of company Quality Management Systems and comfortable training others to ensure the importance of developing and upkeep of process documentationThis Birmingham based business has been in operation for over 65 years and are on course for significant growth in the next 3 years, particularly in electric vehicle platforms.This Quality Engineer role will see you working closely with the NPI Team, Customer and Supplier and key duties will include;Undertaking Audits of QMS and Processes, working with process owners on the implementation of corrective and preventative action plans.The creation and updating of APQP related documentation in line with customer requirement.To assist in Audit planning.Training, coaching and mentoring of colleagues (especially key process owners).Facilitating in 8D problem solving activities and participating in continuous improvement activities.Ensuring excellent presentation of concise, factual and accurate management reports.The ideal candidate for this role will offer prior experience within an Automotive Manufacturing organisation and be bale to maintain a level head within a fast paced environment.
