Since 2001, ICA has enhanced the knowledge, skills and behaviour of over 150,000 professionals all over the world either through their internationally-recognised portfolio of professional qualifications and training.Main Purpose of RoleOn a day to day basis you will be responsible for the development, maintenance and continual improvement of the process, systems and standards required to achieve and maintain our OfQual accreditation to become an Awarding Organisation and End-Point Assessment Organisation.You will be starting on a 6 month contract but the intention is for it to become a permanent post (business permitting) at the end of the term so that you can support and sustain the ongoing management of the Awarding Organisation and End-Point Assessment Organisation and provide quality assurance across the business on an ongoing basis.To be successful in supporting our achievement of accreditation for Awarding Organisation and EPAO status you will need substantial knowledgeable and relevant experience to be an OfQual standards subject matter expert.Skills and Experience Required- Knowledgeable and relevant experience relating to OfQual standards in order to support the achievement of accreditation for Awarding Organisation and EPAO status- Experience of working to OfQual quality standards and monitoring progress against achievement of those standards- Project management experience including excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise activities to manage and meet deadlines- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent administrative skills and experience- To be self-reliant and self-motivated- To be a strong relationship-builder, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to work- Good team-working skills- Experience of internal audit- Knowledge of, and experience in using MS Office- Experience of producing user-friendly, high-quality, records of quantitative and qualitative data- Able to take and act on instruction appropriately without further direction- Can meet deadlinesAs a portfolio Company, we are all different at Wilmington.
