Job Description

ROMANIAN SPEAKINGPURCHASE PLANNERPERMANENT - £25,000Pertemps presents a great opportunity to join a fantastic distribution business based in south Birmingham to join their team as a Purchase Planner/processor.Our clients are leading suppliers of Eastern European products in the UK, and due to its constant expansion they are looking for new dynamic individuals to join their teamTHE ROLE

  • Purchasing planner will manage the full product life cycle through the business whilst ensuring that the inventory stays within agreed KPIs.
  • Process weekly reports, to share with the departments heads highlighting the total actual vs. forecast
  • Managing stock levels and replenishment across key areas.
  • Working with warehouse teams to ensure reporting is optimised as per the inventory requirements.
  • Responsible for managing internal stock count calendar.
THE PERSON
  • Excellent Romanian both verbal and written.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge (Pivot tables and V-Look up Experience)
  • Ability to create and understand detailed reporting
  • Support the leadership team with regular management information reports and to assist with general admin tasks around the office.
