Property Portfolio Management Officer - Fixed-term Contract / SecondmentLocation: Birmingham, Bath Row, B15 1LZSalary: £34,877 per annumHours: 35 hours per weekContract Type: Fixed Term, approx. 12 months maternity coverIn this role you can expect to work from the office 2-3 days per week.The RoleJoin our Portfolio Management team now as a Property Portfolio Management Officer, where you’ll support the end-to-end administration of agreed property disposals and develop stock option appraisals. We’ve two roles available on a fixed term basis for approx.12 months covering maternity leave. This is a great opportunity to transform your administrative skills into practical project management skills whilst building your knowledge of property disposals!We have a growing portfolio of 34,000 residential properties across the Midlands and you’ll play an important role in ensuring this portfolio is optimised towards providing high-quality homes for our customer and strong financial returns for our organisation.You’ll support the team in producing relevant information for various requirements, ranging from property valuation reports to major capital investment plans. You’ll liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure due process is followed and a high-qualitystandard is achieved, whilst maintaining compliance in a timely manner.Our ideal candidate
