Job Description

Our Client, a rapidly growing Property Management group based in Birmingham / London, are currently seeking 2 Property Managers to join them due to continued growth. This is a great opportunity for a Property Manager with residential Block experience tojoin an established company who can offer progression and attractive benefits.Our Client are specialists in block management, servicing residential developments of all sizes in multiple locations across the UK. It is envisaged that you will have prior Residential Block experience, as well as a minimum of 2 years experience workingas a Property Manager. My client have a head office in Birmingham and a second office in Central London. The ideal candidate will be based near London or Birmingham and will be required to travel to either office 2x a week.Property Manager Position Overview

  • Overall responsibility for the smooth running of a portfolio of properties located across England & Wales
  • Deal directly with leaseholders, boards of directors, and clients at a senior level
  • Effectively managing contractors to deliver high quality services and good value for money for Customers
  • Attend resident meetings, working flexibly and sometimes outside office hours to meet at a time and place to suit clients
  • Maintaining excellent client relationships, providing regular updates and reports as required
  • Attending and contributing to team meetings and business-wide initiatives as required
  • Number of positions: 2
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday
  • Start Date: ASAP - Happy to wait for notice periods

Property Manager Position Requirements
  • Must have at least 2 years experience as a Property Manager
  • Must be based local to Birmingham or Central London
  • Must have prior experience managing residential portfolios
  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Knowledge of MRI Qube - desirable
  • IRPM qualified - desirable
  • Experience of managing site staff

Property Manager Position Remuneration
  • Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Possibly more for the right candidate
  • Discretionary bonuses
