Our client, a top 100 law firm with a strong presence in the West Midlands is looking for a Property Litigation Associate to join their specialist team. The successful candidate will have 1+ years PQE, a good understanding of the Real Estate sector, and experiencein contentious litigation.This role is an excellent opportunity for someone to join an already successful team whose defining strength lies in the quality of the firms people and culture. Our clients core values and emphasis on long-term client relationships has continued to promptcontinuous growth within the firm, making now a great time to join their expanding Property Litigation Team.Responsibilities:* Manage a caseload of contentious property matters, working both independently and in larger teams.* Advise and represent clients in Court, arbitrations, adjudications, and mediations.* Instruct and work alongside other professionals such as surveyors and advocates.* Handle a wide range of property disputes, including those related to rights on freehold land, development, contracts, professional negligence, landlord and tenant, insolvency, and more.* Be a good team player, flexible, positive, practical, and commercial.Requirements:* 1+ years PQE.* Good with people and a team player.* Practical, commercial, and able to absorb a heavy caseload.* Good technical skills and understanding of clients and transactions in the Real Estate sector.Benefits:Enjoy excellent benefits, including a lawyer bonus, generous annual leave, private medical insurance, a generous pension allowance, and more.
