An amazing, slick, international law firm are hiring an Projects and Support Assistant to join their beautiful Birmingham City Centre office!This is 35 hours per week with a hybrid pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. This role is a varied and exciting role, which would consist of delivering administrative support for both projects and fee earners/support staff within the firm. This would include:v Involvement with new starter processes for contracts on project workv Assisting with administrative queries for the projectsv Processing invoicesv Producing reports across wordv Provide support to the Senior Management Team with arranging meetings and managing diariesv Typing, printing and scanning documents/emailsv Answering phone callsThis role requires the candidate to have excellent secretarial or administrative skills, a great level of communication and organisation, accurate attention to detail and self-motivation.
