Job Description

A dynamic, forward-looking Cost Management consultancy is on the lookout for a driven Project Quantity Surveyor with aspirations for swift advancement to a Senior position in their Birmingham office.The Project Quantity Surveyor Role Reporting to an Associate, the new Project Quantity Surveyor will be involved in all stages of the projects, pre and post contract, including:

  • Early cost planning
  • Value engineering
  • Procuring work
  • Final accounts
Project wise, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work on a preferred sector, or working across the broad scope of sectors theyre currently very busy in such as Commercial, Residential, Fit Out, Education, Data Centres,and Hotel.This role offers an exceptional chance to be part of a consultancy known for its progressive mindset, remarkable staff retention rates, distinguished reputation, and nurturing company culture.   • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Quantity Surveying degree qualification
  • PQS experience within a UK Consultancy
  • Good pre and post cost contract experience
