Project ManagerCyber securityProject Manager, PM, Project Management, AGILE, Waterfall, Cyber Security, IDAM, DLP, Retail, Logistics,A Cyber Security Project Manager is required by our Retail/Logistics client based in Chesterfield for an initial 6 months contract. Theyre looking for a strong all-round PM with experience of delivery of complex projects with high priority/profile deliverywith multiple stakeholders to manage; someone who is a self-starter and work autonomously. The Project Manager must be able to communicate at all levels (Boards through to SMEs who input to project delivery).6 Months initial contractExtensions likely£500 - £525 per day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella)Location - Chesterfield office base with very little to no expectation to be office based but must be happy to travel for infrequent meeting/workshops)Essential: Experience in similar, large programmes, at an enterprise level. Operates within agreed cost/time/quality parameters, has sufficient credibility and gravitas, and ability to work with and relate to a highly demanding internal client base and complex external supplier base Proven track record of leading and managing projects History of developing and maintaining internal partner relationships, with sound understanding of working with 3rd parties Appreciation of how all the architecture, policies and governance are applied to delivery of the project A direct, straightforward style, able to cut to the core quickly Excellent people management skills, able to manage upwards and influence in a complex environment In-depth understanding of business, with a desire to contribute in a collaborative, team based environment, beyond the direct remit of the position. Knowledge and experience of both traditional and modern software/IT development lifecycles (Agile, Iterative and Waterfall) Knowledge and experience of working in Agile/Lean Values, Principles and PracticesDesirable: Cyber Security / IDAM / DLP / Data Classification / Policy etc. a bonus Previous experience of working for a logistics company Previous experience of working for a consultancyIn the first instance please submit your CV.
