Job Description

Project Manager - Fit OutBirmingham Salary: £50,000 - £70,000An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to work for a specialist Turnkey Fit Out company based in Birmingham.The ideal candidate for this position will already have Long-standing Client Relationships. My client are looking for an ambitious and experienced Project Manager with a wealth of Fit Out experience.The skills needed for the successful Project Manager will include:

  • Extensive Commercial experience and can deliver fast paced fit outs, or high end refurbishments
  • Cat A + B Office, Retail, Restuarant, Shop Fit Out experience
  • Long standing Client relationships
  • A particular eye for detail
  • Curious and creative mind
  • Natural ambition to engage with professionals across multiple verticals to ensure client relations are strong and lasting for the provision of repeat business
  • Black CSCS card is desirable but not essential
    • As the Project Manager your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering projects to the renowned exceptional standards on time, or before
  • Supporting the Pre-Construction team
  • Being responsible for Health & Safety on dedicated Projects
  • Ensuring risk measures are implemented for appropriate mitigation
