Internally, this role is known as a Test Creation Officer who is responsible for the development, publication and maintenanceof assessment materials.Key areas of responsibility include:- Creation of online examinations- Sign-off and review process for assessment materials- The publication of assessment materials to candidates- Scheduled reviews and updates of exam item banks- Creation of reports and data relating to exam outcomes and student performance- This will include providing an organised approach to the management and implementation of online test development and assessment production, and liaising closely with other external partners and colleagues.- As the Test Creation Officer is a new role, you will have the opportunity to bring your own ideas to enhance the process for assessment production, including engaging and building relationships with external and internal stakeholders.- You will work closely with the Head of Assessment and Assessment Operations Manager to ensure that all assessment production and publication activity is carried out to schedule and compliant with the requirements of all regulators and regulatory bodies andinternal policies, procedures and KPIs.- You will ensure collaboration remains a key focus within the team itself as well as across the organisation and externally, leading by example with a true passion and enthusiasm for developing and delivering high quality products and assessments.Skills and Experience Required- Experience of working in education/training or with qualification assessment would be an advantage but is not essential.- Experience working in a customer facing role offering exceptional customer service.- A methodical, best-practise approach to project management and servicing customer requirements- Communicating and building relationships (with both internal and external stakeholders)- Excellent organisation and timekeeping- Experience using Microsoft Work and Excel- Experience working with an internal datasbase- Experience producing high quality and accurate information- Strong communication, both written and oral- The ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines- Meticulous attention to detailAs a portfolio Company, we are all different at Wilmington.
