An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Administrator to join the BDA Education & Professional Practice Team.The BDA is going through an exciting period of growth and expansion. This role will play a key part in the delivery of a number of internal and externally funded projects, providing pro-active, high-quality administrative support to a friendly and collaborativeteam.Programme Administrator Responsibilities: Support the management of programme associated finances Offer information, advice and guidance to the EPP team Contribute to regular programme update meetings Liaising with Team members and programme leads to resolve BDA queries they receive in relation to specific projects, and to escalate more technical queries further Responsible for the administration of programme associated meetings - agreeing dates, setting up meetings, creating and distributing agendas, taking and formatting minutes Maintaining shared resources such as Dropbox, BDA webpages and outlook contact lists Managing relevant inboxes Manage and run adhoc programme related events including advertising the courses and managing the delegate experience.Programme Administrator Requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point etc) Ability to deal with distressed members Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing, on the telephone and face to face High level of attention to detail Prepare formal minutes and agendas Ability to investigate technical and database issues Demonstrate an organised and methodical approach Work in line with General Data Protection Regulations Ability to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, flexibility and innovation Ability to perform consistently in line with the BDA values.
