Production Supervisor / Team Leader (Chemical Manufacturing)£56,000 - £57,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits.Commutable from Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Coleshill, Marston Green, Minworth, Solihull.Are you a Production Supervisor / Team Leader from a chemical manufacturing background looking to work for a global leader in their industry where you will play a key role in the business directly impacting company performance and successOn offer is a fantastic opportunity to get on board with a household name in the manufacturing sector which will see you develop, mould and grow your own production team in their state of the art facility.In this role you will manage a growing team of production staff ensuring the companies world class standards are met and continuously improving the production function within the business.The company are a global powerhouse in their industry and have ambitious expansion plans well underway making this a fantastic opportunity to get on board and stamp your mark on the business.This role would suit a Production Team Leader from a chemical background looking to lead and develop a growing team.The Role:
