Job Description

A Production Operative is required to join a world leading Heat Treatment company in the Aston area of Birmingham.You will be responsible for a variety of duties, primarily assembling pre-made jigs, or jigging, with automotive components and similar, working a permanent DAY shift.The role is a temp to perm contract with permanent positions available after completion of a 13 week probationary period.Duties for this role include;

  • Assembling pre-made jigs with automotive components
  • Visual quality inspection of the components
  • Packing, and general warehouse duties
  • Operating machinery to "blast clean" components
If you have experience within an automotive company or other manufacturing, assembly or production environment you will be suitable for this role! If you have any powder coating experience you will be perfect for this company, but again, any automotive /manufacturing background will be considered!This production operative role will be working on PERMANENT DAYS;7:00am - 3:00pm, starting on £9.50 per hour.There is some flexibility and if you needed to work a slightly different shift they may be able to accomodate it (such as 6am - 2pm or 8am - 4pm).If you think this Production Operative role is right for yourself then APPLY NOW!ASC Connections Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
