Job DescriptionPrivate Patient AdvisorLocation: The Westbourne Centre, BirminghamHours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-timeSalary: Depending on experience + BenefitsSummary:The Westbourne Centre is the only private clinic in the UK dedicated to carrying out all surgical procedures under local anaesthetic with or without sedation. Procedures range fromoral surgery, facelifts,rhinoplastyandbreast augmentations, tohernia repairsandbunionsurgery.The Role:We have a great opportunity for a Private Patient Advisor to join our team at The Westbourne Centre.As an advisor you will be required to support our private patient team with call handling, bookings and administrative duties.As a Private Patient Advisor, your duties will include:

  • Enquiry call handling and bookings
  • Collecting payments
  • General admin support
  • Managing appointments and diaries
  • Liaising with consultants
Skills and Attributes:
  • Previous enquiry handling experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills including the ability to multi-task
  • Strong team focused working
  • Previous admin experience within a healthcare environment (desirable)
  • A flexible and positive attitude
