Job Description

people2people are recruiting for a well-established reputable law firm in the heart of the North, with over 14 different office locations. This position, based North-West of Birmingham, will see you join the office as a Private Client Solicitor (3+PQE).Based in office 5 days a week your role will involve but is not limited too the following:

  • Management of your own caseload and new enquiries
  • Experience dealing with all types of private client matters, including: Wills and estate, Trusts, Tax planning and inheritance estate
  • Experience with applications to the Court of Protection e.g., statutory wills, would be beneficia
  • Take part in networking and Business Development
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
  • Responsible for assisting the department head in lead generation
  • Work closely with residential property team to build caseloads
About you:
  • STEP qualification is highly desirable but is not essential.
  • Ability to deal with time sensitive matters with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient across areas such as wills, tax and probate
  • Proficiently able to handle a high volume of cases confidently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You will have drive and demonstrate the ability to produce a high standard of work
  • Ability to network and drive your business development
  • Be a strong team player
