Due to our rapidly expanding workload, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Pre Construction Manager to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Pre Construction Focus: Primarily focus on the pre-construction phase of office fit-out projects.Hard Fill Position: Recognize that this is a challenging position and open to converting a QS or Estimator with the right attitude and strong client-facing skills.Client-Facing Role: Be confident and effective in a client-facing capacity, fostering positive relationships.Workload Management: Based out of our Birmingham office, manage and prioritize a workload that currently exceeds capacity.Contract Type: Consider candidates for both Permanent and Fixed-Term Contract positions.Experience and Background:Open to individuals without a Tier 1 background if they demonstrate the right attitude and aptitude.For more junior candidates, a strong background in pre-construction is essential.Office Fit Outs:Specialize in the planning and coordination of office fit-out projects.Dynamic and Evolving Environment: Thrive in a constantly evolving work environment, contributing to the growth and success of the team.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in pre-construction, ideally in office fit-out projects.Strong client-facing and communication skills.Attitude and aptitude are paramount; open to converting QS or Estimators.Ability to manage a demanding workload efficiently.Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
