Think you need to go to London to work on fantastic fashion clients Think again. Iconic clients within sports, fashion and lifestyle are on offer for the successful candidate in this PR Account Executive role based in central Birmingham.The role:As the job title suggests, this is a PR Account Executive role working for a very well-established comms agency, so PR is going to be at the core of your every day work, but youll also be exposed to paid and organic social and influencer marketing.Youll work across account teams with your colleagues in both London and Birmingham, supporting on multiple accounts, including client press office campaigns, projects and events. Youll be producing high quality press releases, media alerts and press facinginformation and supporting on proposals, pitches and presentations. Youll be developing relationships with fashion, streetwear, commercial, sports, lifestyle/ style editors, stylists and from global media titles so if you really thrive in knowing what makesa good story, youll love this role! As mentioned, although the main focus of the role will be PR, you will be involved with social on an organic and paid basis as well, identifying, recruiting and managing influencers and talent for content creation.What were looking for:Youll need to have at least 12 months experience working with a consumer focussed PR agency or have worked for a similar brand, inhouse. If youve got fashion or sports experience that will help, but our client is open to other consumer experience.Youll be able to show experience of working on KPI- driven accounts and how youve achieved and delivered against client objections, as well as showcasing your brilliant press release writing skills and understanding of social media.Whats on OfferThe role is based in Birmingham city centre, and the team are currently working a minimum of one day in the office, however youre free to do more if you want to. There may be an increase in the number of days in over time but they dont anticipate100% of your time being in the office. Theyre also pretty flexible on the hours you work, as long as client obligations and meetings are being carried out as planned. Salary is £21-25,000.
