This is a rare opportunity to join a global leader as a Placement Broker based in Birmingham.My market leading client are looking for a candidate full of enthusiasm, drive, ambition and passion a tenacious individual who has a natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Someone who excels developing strategic partnerships with clients, colleagues and key insurance carriers.As Placement Specialist, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key insurers and develop strategic partnerships whilst negotiating to achieve the best terms and deliver a first class service for clients. You will manage the placement activity for a portfolio of c60 Corporate clients with bespoke and complex insurance arrangements including global programsCandidates will be considered from a commercial broking or commercial insurer background, those who have experience dealing with Property, Liability and Motor risks will be strongly considered.This position is located in Birmingham however; the successful individual will have the opportunity to split their working week between the physical office and remote working.Role will include car allowance, and comprehensive benefits programs including: excellent pension contributions, private health insurance, tuition assistance, pension, employee assistance program, career mobility, employee network groups, volunteer opportunities, and 26 days holiday with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days per year Required skills
