PHP Word Press Developer - BirminghamAre you a PHP Word Press Developer looking to join a team of energetic, collaborative digital specialists with collective ambitionIf so, you are bound to be interested in this Birmingham city based Digital Marketing Agency, who pride themselves in simplifying the complex and maximising the digital opportunity.You will be working across a variety of website projects covering a diverse range of industries and scales.PHP Word Press Developer Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design/development team on new projects, from the discovery phase to solution delivery
  • Maintain the existing portfolio of projects, offering support and maintenance
  • Work both effectively within a team or independently, taking ownership of your work to ensure the best possible quality delivery on every project.
  • Testing own work and get involved with peer reviews
  • Present new opportunities, ideas and training to the department/wider business.
  • Be keen to learn from both colleagues and training opportunities, as well as supporting and assisting the team around you.
    • PHP Word Press Developer Skills:
  • Strong experience in HTML, CSS, PHP and Javascript.
  • In-depth knowledge of building commercial WordPress projects, built from custom code bases/bespoke themes.
  • 2+ years agency experience in front end or full stack web development.
  • Good understanding of Bootstrap
  • Working knowledge of version control systems such as GitHub.
    • PHP Word Press Developer Desirable Skills:
  • Custom WordPress plugin development experience.
  • Experience working with third party APIs
  • React/Vue JS experience
