PHP Web developer role - Birmingham office - Remote working opportunity We are an established software provider that offers solutions in the intellectual property sector. We are seeking an experienced PHP Web Developer with experience in Symphony or Laravel, Yii, CodeIgniter or CakePHP, and also Javascript and CSS.You will be working on our client-facing service management and reporting web applications. The PHP Web Developer role will work within an established team developing and maintaining the back-end / server-side code and complex MVC application. Your mainday-to-day activities will be writing code using Laravel. We also use SASS for CSS3, HTML5 standards, and pure ES6 Javascript. The role will involve writing new code for all areas of the business. You will be involved in all aspects of product delivery fromUI/UX to unit testing and DevOps. You will be working with a number of different departments, but all your code will be in PHP 7.2 or above. We also work to quality standards within the team such as PSR. Our projects are also Dockerised so this would be advantageousbut not essential.Skills and requirements:
