PHP DeveloperAre you ready to elevate your career in the dynamic world of ecommerce development Join our client, a leading supplier of on-site equipment to a range of Construction, Demolition and Domestic customers as they embark on an exciting journey of expansion andinnovation. This organisation is experiencing a period of substantial growth and has been for over 12 months. This is an opportunity for a skilled PHP professional to join their in-house development team and play a pivotal role in enhancing their ecommerceofferings both in the UK and overseas. Requirements:- Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years hands-on experience in Magento 2. - Module Development: Proven track record in developing bespoke Magento 2 modules, adding frontend and backend functionality to Magento 2. - Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in PHP, XML, HTML, CSS, LESS & SASS, and jQuery. Familiarity with Grunt & Gulp Build Tools and Composer 2 package management. - Advanced Skills: Competence in control flow and partial page updates using AJAX, functional programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP). - Troubleshooting: Fluent in debugging and addressing browser rendering/performance issues.Role:- Work with the in-house development team managing their ecommerce estate. - Develop new functionality for the businesss ecommerce offering. - Work collaboratively to improve code quality, optimisation and implement best practice across the team.Details:- Hours of work Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm. - 3 days in the office. - Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. - Salary: Up to £55,000 per year. - Benefits: Company pension, hybrid working. - Schedule: Monday to Friday. - Location: Halesowen B63 3AW- Commute: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).Responsibilities:Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members and stakeholders across the business.
