Job Description

Personal AssistantPermanentBirmingham City Centre£30,000 - £35,000MonFri, 9:00am5:30pm (hybrid working)Our client is looking for an experienced PA to assist their Partner and two Directors. You will work alongside the Support Team to ensure the efficient running of the office and business procedures.WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Diary management and travel arrangements
  • Aid team with Business Development
  • Managing CRM
  • Event organisationsmall- and large-scale events
  • Carry out Reception and Office Management duties alongside other team membersmanaging office stock, answering phones, liaising with IT department
  • Using Microsoft Office Suite to create and manage documents, memorandums, and PowerPoint presentations
WHO YOU ARE The ideal candidate has experience working in an Office Admin role. They are well organised, take initiative and reliable. This role is perfect for someone who is confident working as part of a team and independently.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment, ideally in financial services
  • Solid PA experience
  • Experience supporting at a senior level
  • Able to prioritise, manage time and work in a busy, pressurised and professional environment
  • Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills with impeccable oral and written communication skills
