Role Overview: As a Pensions Lawyer in the esteemed Legal PensionsTeam, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, timely, and pragmatic pensions law advice to diverse clientele, spanning the public and private sectors. Your responsibilities will extend to contributing specific, technical analysis of pensionlaw aspects in corporate activities and actively participating in negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities: 1 Provide Expert Pensions Law Advice: * Offer consistent, timely, and solution-focused advice to trustee and employerclients. * Navigate the complexities of pension law to provide pragmatic solutions. * Contribute to Corporate Activities: * Conduct technical analysis of pension law aspects related to corporate transactions. * Engage in negotiations to secure favorable outcomesfor our clients. * Knowledge Management and Training: * Contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal legal knowledge management system. * Support the learning and development of colleagues and clients through both formal and informal traininginitiatives. * Representation and Support: * Act as a representative and supportive member of the firm, both internally and externally. * Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen the firms position in the legal landscape.
